Boca's favorite brothers, Elliot and Ian Koolik, are so excited to work together on a brand new Spec home in the Hamptons in Woodfield Country Club. Living just down the street from each other, Elliot and Ian are more than just brothers - they are best friends. From competition on the pickleball courts to (shabbat/ family) [choose which word works better] dinners, Elliot and Ian have mastered how friendship with your sibling changes throughout your life. Having never lived more than a few miles apart from each other, Elliot and Ian have set an incredible example for their families on the importance of always having each other's backs and making sure to always say "I love you" at the end of a phone call.

With the addition of their wives, Wendy and Merri Koolik, the Kooliks are an incredible team. No matter the problem, they solve it with a smile. Not all families can go into business together - for the Koolik family, a family business is the only way to do business.
